for 6 hour callout, yeah no problem.

6 hour is for copper line faults - FTTC shortest is 7 hours (Class 15) and there are no guarantees/set compensation. I also think SFIs are excluded.

Andy one of the GEA tests was done yesterday by a support staff member and I did actually fail the test surprisingly, on the basis of more than 25% speed lost in analyse period. So a fault is recognised by BT now, so hopefully something will be done.
