Well Well Well... BT been and they been on the phone to plus net it appear plus net got my profile wrong after all and I am very angry... Even though the speed has not improved so what happening please... Other wise I am leaving...

Hi, I can see we had to adjust the profile following the work done by the engineer but that doesn't mean it was incorrect, ticket 82185998 shows the details surrounding that request. Sometimes we do have to adjust these manually and it's unlikely any automated (delta) reports for your line would have come through to us for at least another 24 hours to trigger this automatically.

Hi
So when my speed going to get back to normal please?? Why was i getting fantastic speed then all the sudden it DROPS?? It appear it happen after my neighbour has joined your services...
Can you not reset the line would that not make any difference?? All i want is to get my speed back to normal please if not then I am going to have to leave and join a different provider..

A reset definitely won't help as the connection still appears to be dropping.

The dropping from 3-4 would be when
BT was here. Why hasn't BT picked anything up? Just hope am

Speed is from both and why should it make a difference when I had 17mb up till now ok same connection
Have u sorted it yet pls net otherwise I am going terminate my contract

It makes a massive difference, wireless is much more susceptible to interference, even when standing next to your AP.
Terminating your contract won't make any difference if it's a line fault, it will follow you wherever you go while you're on BT Wholesale network
