I signed up for this on the 20th Aug 2008.
My question is how long will it take for this to be activated?
I posted this in another forum, as no one answered I thought it must
have been the wrong forum, and I can no longer find the post.
I have 90 Days, I was told and I can then cancel and pay nothing, is this correct.

Hi there.
I can see a request to move your home phone service to us, which was raised on 29 August following the migration of your adsl service. The latest email we sent you on 30 August  indicated that the move is due to complete to day.
Let us know if there is still a problem and we'll do a bit of digging.
