Broadband Outage - SOLVED There is/was a PN issue with at least two gateways

Last night my broadband was 'flaky' - Pages not loading images etc.  PN page all loading fine.  Rebooted my router this morning and now I don't get any connectivity beyond the PN gateway.  Traceroutes stop after the 2nd hop @ 195.166.128.182 (and also 187 when I rebooted again)
Doesn't look to me to be a BT problem but a PN one?

I've just rebooted again and the first hop after the router is now 195.166.130.138 and I'm back online...
