Thankyou to Mike who took my call when my modem just fell off the exchange. He raised a BB fault but my modem is now happily sat on the exchange again and working
My ONLY critisism was that i was not told about the backup 0808 which is given, i only know because i got my e-mail after my mdem started working.
I think this should be given out on the phone, otherwise how will people know?
thanks again and ive raised a ticket to remove the fraico and close the fault
Also happy as my snyc speed has gone from the 3.5 i struggled to get before and it's now at 5.8 down - so i hope in 3 days time my profile will up and i should be able to get around 5.5
