For 2 days now I've been without broadband.
Well, not completely, I can only get on here and the main plusnet site, and these are very very slow.
At first I thought it was a DNS issue so I tried 212.159.6.9 and 212.159.6.50, instead of my previous setting of 212.159.13.49 and 212.159.13.50
But then I tried to terminal into a remote server with an IP address, and again no connection.
Anyone any ideas?
Thanks.

Hi,
Just checked your account, looks like you've either used your username and password on another router for someone with plusnet as well or, which is more likely, you've got stale session.
this means that you have two connections with the same static IP. Our RADUIS confirms that and trace route to your IP show the same (times out once the connection leaves the our aggregation router)
tried to sort it out remotely using BT tools, I think it is working now?!
let me know please

hmm, yup.. my sister is on plusnet and her modem died so I lent her my old netgear router and told her how to reset it to the factory default, and obviously this didn't work!
Thanks for the swift response.. everything's working.. great service!!!
