Broadband Cutoff?

Hi Guys, woke up this morning, went to check my mail, nothing, strange i thought.  Tried accessing Web, Hmm http://212.159.5.18/Failed_Billing.html ; Err any reason why i have been cut off, im paid up untill 24th and have a direct debit set up.

Anythign to do with me being 4.5 gig over my limit?  I am set to go over and pay the fee's so no reason there if thats whats happened.

Ah.  It's not due to you being over your limit, but a data transfer watch that you have set.
If you change this within the portal and then restart your router, your downloading should continue as per normal.

Dohh! I am at work and need access.  Cannot restart my router from here.

Ok, I've done an "intrusive one shot check" which should take your connection off and then hopefully, your router should reconnect!
