Broadband Activation

Hi, my broadband is due to be activated today, but so far I have heard nothing. Is it usual to be activated this late in the day or does this indicate a problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks for getting in touch regarding your order.

 

Your orders can take anywhere up to midnight to complete on the day so there is nothing to worry about at this time.

I have checked the order and can see that this has recently completed on our suppliers systems so I have manually updated your account to reflect this and you should be able to get online.
