Broad band activation

after lot of effort and queries to plusnet they said they are going to activate broadband on 5th which is today but haven't received any text regarding activation. Normaly when do they activate these services, in my experience it should be activated in the midnight

Welcome to the forums.

Plusnet advise that the connection can be anytime up to midnight on the date they provide so there is still eleven hours to go as I write this.
