Today morning BT engineer visited my friend (we sharing same flat - he's got BT broadband and I PN - two separate landlines) to help him with not syncing router - no internet. He start messing around and what he did you can find below on pictures.
That's my connection before BT engineer arrival : picture with date 01-03-2010 at 17:06
Next picture after his visit : picture with date 04-03-2010 at 17:55
And last picture with BT test - now I know why my connection sux.
Download speedachieved during the test was - 225 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 50-500 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :6692 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 288 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 350 Kbps
The throughput of Best Efforts (BE) classes achieved during the test is - 13.33:24.89:61.78 (SBE:NBE:PBE)
that's how he fixed my friends problem - mess with wrong line.
Can you please help me guys 350kbps is some kind of joke. Even worse I tried to call PN tech support - oops my line not responding for some reason (broadband working and phone not).

If your phone is not working that will explain the poor broadband performance.
You need to report a phone fault (don't mention broadband for now) to your phone supplier, fixing that will fix your broadband.

Downstream: 2267 Kbps
Upstream: 1002 Kbps
Mode: ADSL2PlusAuto
Transmit Power: 12.1 dB
ADSL Link UP Time: 0 day 0 hour 1 min 3 sec
Operational Mode: ADSL2+

Engineer from BT fixed my line (line attenuation is ok now) so I think change/reset of my IP profile settings with BT should help.
Can you do this for me?.
Thanks
BTtest

With your very low downstream line attenuation, you should be getting a much faster speed - close to 20mb/s. Your downstream SNR is very high, but that might still be due to the disturbance on your line the other day. BT's dynamic line management is quicker to throttle your speed when there's a problem than it is to let it go faster again when conditions improve, so generally you just have to be patient. But if your downstream noise margin hasn't got down below 10 in, say, a week's time then you should raise a ticket with Plusnet.
The same thing goes for your IP profile. It will increase after a few days as long as your sync rate doesn't drop. There's not a lot you can do about the BT IP profile, but you should check that the Plusnet IP profile (accessed via 'Connection settings.. High-speed broadband') matches BT's. If it takes more than a day for the Plusnet profile to match that of BT you can ask via this forum to have the Plusnet profile nudged up.

The line has been stable since the 6th, by tomorrow you should have a new profile.
What speed are you syncing at?

Sorry for long replay (I've been on holiday).
After router reboot sync speed :
Downstream: 2270 Kbps
Upstream: 1002 Kbps
It's still not as it was before
Now I'm goin to run all tests again.
BT tester results :
Download speedachieved during the test was - 1664 Kbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speedsis 400-2000 Kbps.
Additional Information:
Your DSL Connection Rate :2268 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 1000 Kbps(UP-STREAM)
IP Profile for your line is - 1750 Kbps

Quote from: Chris Looks like the profile's updated to 13000 already, have you speeds increased in line with that?
It's better now but still bit slower than before.
Below readings done on 01/12/2009 at 10:39 :
ADSL Line State: Showtime
Downstream: 20471 Kbps
Upstream: 1104 Kbps
Mode: ADSL2PlusAuto
Transmit Power: 12.1 dB
ADSL Link UP Time: 7 day 10 hour 40 min 56 sec
Operational Mode: ADSL2+
Item Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin 6.75 dB 6.5 dB
Line Attenuation 8.5 dB 3.0 dB
And after BT engineer "visit" :
ADSL Line State: Showtime
Downstream: 15480 Kbps
Upstream: 978 Kbps
Mode: ADSL2PlusAuto
Transmit Power: 12.3 dB
ADSL Link UP Time: 0 day 15 hour 9 min 6 sec
Operational Mode: ADSL2+
Item Downstream Upstream
SNR Margin 13.25 dB 7.5 dB
Line Attenuation 8.5 dB 3.0 dB
And still connected through service socket.
Modem now spending more time on syncing than before so I'm still not fully satisfied
Now I don't know who should I ask to get help with sorting things out.
And here you have my line test :
Copper Test Details
A to E B to E
Capacitance: 28 NanoFarad 27 NanoFarad
DP Line Length Estimate: 103 Metres DN Line Length Estimate: 203 Metres
BRAS Profile: adsl1750 Profile Info: WBC 1M - 2M Medium delay (INP 4) 6dB Downstream, UC Low delay (INP 0) 6dB Upstream (ADSL2+)
LOL 103 meters to exchange point and can't get full speed
