Bought MID tablet early december,cannot conect Wifi

After many  days  and tech advice  it was  found on 21 dec  my  line  was  not  correct  and  they  rectified  and  i  was  conected for 20 hrs  that  was it  they  then told  me  that  the alteration  to  my  line takes  10 days
to settle  in just  the  same and  keep  getting  same  instructions from  plusnet  how  to  sort it out, i have  done  all of  these  time time  again again, i  can  use  my tablet  at  all  others  homes  and my gson  was here
when  i  had  my  magic  20 hours  and his ipad  worked then  only at  my  adddress.

Hi risca,
It's not easy to suggest possible reasons for that, not having any experience myself with a MID tablet. Can you give some more information please? What happens when you try to connect? Does it ask you for the wireless password? Can you see the router in available networks. If you can give as much detail and step-by-step what happens when you try to connect we may be able to get more of an idea.
