Have you miss posted and are on fibre, not ADSL or are you using a non standard hub? A blue light suggests that you are using a Hub One, which is normally reseved for fibre customers.
Either way the first thing to try is a factory reset by pushing a paperclip or similar in to the hub reset hole. Keep the switch closed for 30 seconds then leave it to see if it sorts itself out.
