Blocked emails [SPAM]

I realise this is not new but looking at Service Announcements just now - nothing seems to have changed.
I've been receiving the odd email marked as [SPAM] for a couple of weeks and thought it was something I was doing wrong, until I received notification of a bank statement with instructions from PlusNet on how to access it if it wasn't spam.  The caveat was that I 'should' be able to access it by following the instructions.
I did my best but it seems to have been lost in the ether. 
I've looked at as many of the previous posts as I can but people love getting technical!
I haven't reported this because it's evidently already in hand but help is needed here and/or more up to date information please.

I'm assuming your talking about an email that was Quarantined by our Virus filter?
The instructions will have asked you to reply to the email to release the original message from quarantine.
Unfortunately this mechanism is broken at the moment (problem 47580).
Raise us a ticket containing the 'Support Information' in the quarantine notification and we can release the email manually for you.
