One of my referrals recently had his billing date changed and has asked me if what's happening with his account is normal!! To compound things he's also changed service plan on both Home Phone and Broadband.
Anyway, this month he's received an invoice for Home Phone line rental only (i.e. £9.75). He's not been billed for calls, call features or for his broadband subs. (His next bill date is also showing as a date in the past!)
Is this normal (I wouldn't have thought so)?
Any chance someone could have a quick look?

Don't worry Paul, it is normal - because the home phone works on scheduled payments, and these are created for each month on the billing date, there is a period of 2-3 months where the broadband and phone billing dates are out of synch. This will remedy itself - most likely his next payment will be for broadband only, and the next one after that will be for both together again.
Hope that helps,
