Better access to BT speed tester !

Just running my Monday Morning BT speed test......
it now says "there is a 1 hour minimum wait between successful speed test ! 
Yippee !.......

Only thing we need now is for it to work properly and give the correct results

I only noticed the speed tester falling over after the change!  Co-incidence...or....?
