Banded profiles

How do you tell if BT has put a banded profile on your account?
I had another unexplained disconnection about 1am this morning. My modem doesn't show a disconnection or "!LCP down" it just shows "LCP initialised". I am just a bit worried that BT will stick me on the dreaded banded profile before I have managed to maintain a stable connection.

Hi Danplusnet,
customers are unable to check if they're on a banded profile as it can only be checked on a secure BT site. I have just checked for you and your line is definitely not banded. Don't worry about the odd disconnection. It's only if there are multiple disconnections in short spaces of time and a consistently poor line that it would be banded.

I think i spoke too soon - all of these disconnections have happened today (the ones dated Sat, 2000 are today as well it's just before the router has received a time stamp since a reboot this morning). You said multiple disconnections may cause banding does this count?
Is this something to do with the ASDL2+ post described in OldJim's post?

I did a bit of digging too last night (but not as late as you) and it seems the whole BT network went down in my area so all these errors may show up as just one long disconnection.
Would you be able to post up the connections chart on my account from yesterday ( the coloured bar chart thingy).
