Bad gaming pings on move to unlimited

Hi there , as title reads im experiencing really bad pings since moving to unlimited, any chance you good people at plusnet could check my interleaving status and you have my permission and request for it to be set to the best for gaming, many thanks in advance.

Interleaving is currently switched off on your line.
Can you check what gateway you are on and post the details here, http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/
Is it at any particular times that your seeing this?
It might also be worth setting a <a href="http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,106312.0.html">ping graph</a> up help locate the time and cause.

Hi Chris, thank you for your reply. It was in the evening, but after a couple hours it fixed itself. My gateway is currently connected to the gateway known as ptw-ag02. This is located in Telehouse West.
Thanks for checking my interleaving, if I got the pro addon would that garauntee better pings for gaming, I had it before I switched to unlimited...it was incredible , but read it wouldnt make a difference for gaming pings on unlimited? Thanks for your help and advice.

You *shouldn't* need Pro for Gaming on Unlimited.  If it is better with it, it suggests something is wrong.
