BT speedtester up the creek again?

I have been trying to use the BT speedtester for the past half hour, and I keep getting all sorts of "usual" error notices  "exception notice"  "wrong user name"  etc.,
yet the thing still says "No known problems"
any one else had any luck lately with this infernal testing device?

Sorry Pierre, I thought that was what you meant by... "speed tester cant access that either"
Never mind, will just have to keep trying.... did not know the two systems were linked (P/N portal, and BT speedtester)
