PS 64 bit Java installed.

You didnt upset any one, not this time, but be careful how you do your quotes, the Mods keep removing them

Hi all,
A thought.
A factor that I hope PN bear in mind when addressing this issue is :-:
The numbers of members reporting this difficulty may not reflect the true scale of this problem..
I would suggest that the members reporting the issue via this forum and possibly via support, represent the more " Techie "ranks of the membership,
mostly having a good understanding of the need for knowledge of BT parameters.
At the same time there may be large numbers of members affected by the issue but remaining unaware of it and, i would guess, may have neither used the tester,nor are aware of it's importance.
We may represent "the tip of the iceberg"
Lets hope that more members become aware and thus help raise the profile of this frustrating issue..
Meanwhile, thanks to Jojo for taking up the cause on our behalf.

We have an internal problem raised about this now (ref: 66042), and as JoJo mentioned earlier the examples you've all provided have been sent over to the Speedtest developers/our BT account manager. We'll report back if/when we find anything out...
