BT profile slow to update or stuck?

Hi James,
I've been over 3424 for a lot longer than three days. That's why I posted really. I assume I shouldn't be doing anything now that I'm out of the 10 day 'training' period. My stuff stays up all the time as I do backups and downloads overnight. So I'll leave it a couple more days and see if the 'automatic' processes work.
Andy - thanks for the Firefox tip - just done a successful test under IE 8!! Still at 2500 though.

Under Firefox I get the following error before it hangs up at 96% complete

java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.net.SocketPermission 217.32.105.42:50301 connect,resolve)

For small increments in IP Profile, BT will sometimes take 3-5 days to apply the change.  It's generally the larger ones that take upto 3 days and the massive jumps within 24 hours.
I'd like you to keep an eye on things for a couple more days if that's okay.  If nothing changes, I'll have no issues in raising a fault on your behalf.
