BT profile 6500. Plusnet profile 750 - please kick the box

The title says it all, but using the BT speed tester I get:

Download speedachieved during the test was - 574 Kbps For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 600-7150 Kbps. Additional Information: Your DSL Connection Rate :7616 Kbps(DOWN-STREAM), 448 Kbps(UP-STREAM) IP Profile for your line is - 6500 Kbps

Obviously the achieved spped was not within the acceptible range.
Please can someone from PN update the IP profile at PN accordingly.

Looking down the forum titles, this seems to be a recurring theme and unfortunately, customers are limited to the lowest of the PN and the BT profile values.
Is it not possible to have a link in the member centre settings that would initiate an update? I realise that there is a 3 day delay before we get our BT IP profile back after an 'incident', but it would help if we could click to start a script on the member centre which copies the BT profile to the PN profile.

That is a great idea and I'll pass the suggestion on, thanks - though I can't promise it will happen any time soon.

@Matt  - is there any news on providing a link in the member centre settings for us mortals to update PN's IP profile to match BT's IP profile?
There are still lots of 'Please give my IP profile a nudge' type of requests.

The suggestion has been made but there's nothing on the roadmap yet. There definitely won't be anything this year I'm afraid.
