Just so I can pass these on to push for a permanent fix for the issue where this continues to still not work after 14 days, would you both be able to provide screenshots of the Speed Test not working correctly along with the time and date showing as Jaggies has above.
Petecov44 - I'm asking if you would be able to provide so I have screenshots from throughout the 14 day period.

Chris, I'm assuming the speed test result doesn't matter?
Would I be okay to just run the test from work and when I go for additional information just put my number in, or would you prefer me to run her actual test on my line?
My thinking is that the tester doesn't care what speeds you're getting, you're just trying to retrieve the info using your number.

Ideally, if you're able to do it from home, that'll be best as I believe the test also reports on the IP address that you were assigned at the time too.
There's no immediate rush if you can't do it until tonight for example.

@golden. I've moved again and I am not being connected back to fibre until Monday.
@Xreyuk  IP address, Time,Date, Username used during testing. All sorts of wonderful stuff

Thanks Chris, I can see my line is very healthy since FTTC went live last February. Very happy overall with your excellent service from Plusnet. @ petecov44 - thanks for letting me know. Maybe u get a better FTTC in your new place.
