BT Voyager 2100

In general, would a more modern router provide better speeds and more reliable connections?
If so, any recommendations?

Thanks

Re: BT Voyager 2100

Have to say that I'm very happy with mine which was supplied by Plusnet quite a while back.   I can't see how a different router would provide higher speeds.

Re: BT Voyager 2100

I did switch about a month ago  from the Voyager 2100 ( 4 years old ) to the Plusnet supplied Thomson router and find higher sustained speeds and less disconnections.
