BT Speed Checker - Further diagnostics not working

Hello,
Whenever I try the further diagnostics on the BT wholesale speed checker I get:
"Your speed test has completed and the results are shown above, however during the test an error occurred while trying to retrieve additional details regarding your service. As a result we are unable to determine if the speed you received during the test is acceptable for your service. Please re-run the test if you require this additional information."
Why would that be?

Are you on fibre? If yes, I think this is the TAP3 test which has been broken for weeks. There is no forecast of when BT wholesale will have their test system fixed.

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

This is the PT (i.e. getting your IP Profile).
There are known issues with it and BT are suppose to have them fixed in some rolled out updates in a couple of weeks.
