BT Engineer Confirmation?

Hi there,
If someone from PN is here, is there any chance you can check that my engineer appointment for Friday AM is "confirmed" rather than just "provisional"? It was booked last week but just want to make sure that things are progressing well and nothing has "come up" which could cause issues with this installation going ahead.

That appointment is confirmed for you Please be available between 8AM and 1PM to allow the engineer access to the property. I've escalated Ticket: 85892392 back to you regarding this.
