BBYW and routers question

A relative  a while ago joined PN BBYW @ £14.99 p/m. IIRC there was an offer of a free router at the time, that was not taken up :o. Can anyone think what the router was, and what would they recommend to day for him? I am presuming that nothing can be done retrospectively through PN.
No one has to agree with my opinion, but in the time I have left a miracle would be nice.

Re: BBYW and routers question

If you sign up for another 12 months I think you can usually get a Speedtouch 585v7 for the postage and packing cost.
I think you would need to do it through Jameseh however.
One thing to check - if they are in a market 3 exchange the Value product would save a chunk of money and even in a non market 3 exchange £3 per month saving and signing up to an 18 month contract would get you a free router

Perhaps he wouldn't be interested: he must be very busy.

Re: BBYW and routers question

Did this get sorted as I know James isn't in today? If not then you could always raise a support ticket requesting the kit?
