Authentication failure since this morning 12/5/12

Am I being affected by the BT RADIUS failure? My postcode is PR3. I can connect to bt_test@startup_domain with the router but not bt_test_user@plusdsl.net just authentication failure.  
This seems to have started yesterday, the router just suddenly lost it's connection, but came back after a reboot. No have no connection at all.Only mobile internet at the mo.

If it started yesterday then it isn't the same problem and this radius outage is now fixed
