Are BT learning from Plusnet Comms Team

I have noticed that recently there are a number of posts on TBB in the ISP Unhappiness Section  and BT Broadband Section from BT Support offering to help.
Is this something which has been fed over from Plusnet.

We talked to a couple of guys who work on the BT forums last year, but I'm not aware of it being something specific they've consulted us about.
They've popped up on Twitter too recently, so think the community ethos is something they can definitely pick our brains about.

They actually came to visit us this year and were really excited about the work that we do in forums, blogs and twitter (and that weird thing called usenet where people are allowed to swear at each other).
Since then we've seen a decent level of engagement from their staff on twitter and on thinkbroadband and tbh, they seem to be doing a really good job.
