Approaching my usage limit~

Hi, so I am approaching my usage limit (60gb), I am currently at 58.2Gb (or there abouts) and my next internet month starts on monday. ^^
I have my settings for "Maximum extra monthly spend: £0", so what I wanted to know is when I reach my limit will I still be able to use the internet after 12pm? (during the free time)
Also is my internet connection restricted when I approach my limit? Just, I have had lag ingame today for Gunz Online.. I got annoyed and thought I would go play CoD Black Ops on xbox live instead but I was lagging just as bad there too (1 or 2 bars connection and teleporting all over the place)

Once you hit your limit you will severely throttled, that throttling will apply regardless of time.

What about as I approach my limit? ^^ (before I actually hit it) It seems to be throttled already D=

Perhaps you have hit your limit but the view my usage Is not up to date yet.

Have you ran a speed test as you certainly wouldn't be restricted before you hit the limit.
