Hi, I hope someone from support will notice me here because my support ticket is being conveniently ignored - I raised a ticket (83752150) on 3rd April; no one has had the decency to respond in spite of my repeated follow ups. I am on only ordinary DSL (only because fibre isn't available in my area) and the speed i get is between 500-600 kbps (yes that is a K not an M). All i can use my broadband for is to check emails. Unbelievable!
