Utterly fed up with Plusnet, reported a fault and the engineer attended incorrect address even though road sign is clear and address on account is correct, received text fault was fixed?? Same engineer re attended today, left without fixing the fault, received text fault was fixed! Customer services advised I complain to open reach direct..incorrect. Advised data costs will not be reimbursed but may receive ‘goodwill gesture’ for line downtime! Still no WiFi and still out of pocket...
