Heard nothing from openreach - hoping they turn up as i've got one very grumpy missus who had to cancel her plans to stay in!

I'd not be too worried just yet as there's an hour left of the slot time they're booked for.

I really hope to see that this has been sorted out when I come back into the office tomorrow.

Its not right that pretty much every ISP is at the mercy of Openreach

Really sorry the engineer didn't turn up when booked. I really hope that wasn't too much of an inconvenience for you.
Glad to hear that the issue's been fixed at least anyway.
