Anyone know how long it takes Plusnet IP profile to change?

I've now got a B.T IP profile of 6500 kbps,

But my Plusnet one is still 5500 kbps and has been since the 11th of April, does anyone know how often Plusnet profiles change so the speed matches B.T's IP profile? In order to get a speed increase?
My account says my Plusnet profile was last checked on the 11th of April @ 06:07am and it says Current line speed: 5500

within 24 hours of an IP profile change

anywhere from 12 hrs to 3 days in my experience

I’ve just been waiting four days.  In the end, a member of the Plusnet support team manually changed it for me.
