Title says it really, no obvious reason this end why I should have had a PPP drop.

I can't see any reason why you were disconnected.

You were on PCL-AG05 before your last disconnection. Looking through the logs your disconnection was for the speed profile change that occurred automatically last night.

Thanks for the reply Chris, gremlins at work somewhere between here and Sheffield, not a blip on SNRM, so not line/power related, could be BT got a spanner out somewhere

Probably too late to be of any help, but I've been connected to pcl-ag06 for the last 5 days continuously.
