I'm currently using a 'fibre to the cabinet' connectrion with a Plusnet supplied BT openreach modem and Netgear 150 router.
I'm happy with the performance I'm getting but need a router that allows me to control and log traffic at a far more detailed level.
Previously I've used Vigor routers and am wondering if the Vigor 2850 works well with this type of connection. My understanding is that the 2850 can plug directly into the phone socket and connect me to the street cabinet via VDSL.
Anyone here who could report on this setup?
