Still stuck on ADSL1. Can somebody move me to ADSL2+ please?

Have you checked if your exchange is ready for ADSL2+ ? Use http://usertools.plus.net/exchanges/ to find your exchange code, then search for that code on this page: http://community.plus.net/21cn-exchange-availability/
Are you on an account type that can have ADSL2+ ?

I moved home last week and was on ADSL2+ but I have been placed back on ADSL1, still use same exchange so know 21CN is ok, any chance of getting back onto ADSL2+ please.
