Any Netgear DGN 3500 users out there?

So following on my other thread, I now have a shelf full of routers gathering dust! I have settled on the Netgear DGN3500 (running AMOD custom firmware) without any tweaks at all (as I don't understand them). It seems the Infineon - Infineon (router - DSLAM) pairing is working for me as my sync speeds are nearer 16.5 Mbps now.
Hoping any fellow members using the same router/firmware combination can help me navigate what seems an infinite number of settings!
additional info:
Router has been 'up' (connected) for just under 3 days, to put the info from the screen shots into some context. (errors etc)
downstream attenuation is 26.2db, SNRM is about 3 (this happened automatically 3 days ago and does not cause any problems.)
any advice on all these multitude of settings most welcome!
