Re: Another reduced speed query

Sorry to resurrect this one but it was my original query.
Ok, things have settled down slightly but I still have to keep an eye on things my end, probable noise on the line means that I sometimes sync at 500k-ish still and because the sync stays up and no-one is here, it won't then put the sync back up again, I have to do that manually. (Just spent 4 days away and 1 day and 8 hours was at 512k.). As I have slightly improved things, could I have my ADSL put on "retrain" to let BT's SNR computers redo the SNR calculations (If they still say 15db then I shall leave it be). I will be very grateful.

Could I have my ADSL put on "retrain" please. I laid out the reasons why last night.

Re: Another reduced speed query

I can get this reset for you if you like, but it will restart the 10 day training period.
If you're happy with that just say and I'll hit the relevant buttons. Smiley

Re: Another reduced speed query

Yes, please. I am aware of the whole 10 day training period thing starting again.
Thanks

Re: Another reduced speed query

Sorry to bother Customer Support but my profile seems stuck on 350k. Could you bump it up to 2000k. Nothing to quick (currently 3776 but on training period so I'd better not cook the connection).
