You could give our faults team a call or raise a fault for us to investigate.
I've taken a quick look over your account and can't see anything obvious, everything appears as it should and you should be getting near 5Mb speeds. I see you've been connected for 7 days straight, can you try a single reboot of your router then perform another speedtest to see if it improves.

I am only getting a download speed of 2336 and an upload speed of 349 Kbps. My neighbour who is with TalkTalk gets 3565 and 680.
We obviously live the same distance from the telephone exchange and our houses are fed from the same telegraph pole. Why the difference in speeds? Not happy!
