I usually get download speeds of over 11 Mbps. I had a problem on 26/03/14 when my connection dropped and reconnected at odd times and my download speed dropped to around 3 Mbps to 3.9 Mbps. You sorted this out for me at the time, but now my speed has dropped again (without the disconnections). This time to between 3.8 and 8.3 Mbps for the last 4 or 5 days. I look forward to hearing from you.
David

Hi David,
The DCT guys are only on the forums on business working days, so they will not be back until Tuesday. That said Matthew might make a lair of me again...
If the speed has fallen off again, then there must be an underlying issue. Can you please post your full router stats on here please?
Synch speed, SNRM, attenuation and error counts can paint a rich picture!
Cheers,
Kevin

*tip toes in*
Joking aside as Townman has said there's most likely a underlying issue causing this.
Your router is disconnecting as shown in the graph below
<img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image13978273669964.png"/>
There is no actual banding applied at the moment and your current line speed actually updated this morning to 10.4mbps so if you log into your router and disconnect then reconnect your connection you should see a increase in speed.
In the meantime i'd recommend going through our troubleshooter http://faults.plus.net so we can try and get that sorted once and for all
