Another PN 21CN profile not updating

My PN IP profile on 21CN is not being updated
Original sync 2 weeks ago approx 13400 odd
IP profile 11.8 - correct
Re-sync done
Line connected at 14100 for next 7 days 21 hours
So IP profile should be 12.45
BT profile reported correctly
No change to PN profile…………
Rebooted last Saturday lunchtime
Sync at 14028 continuously now for 3 days 22 hours
So IP profile should be 12.38
BT profile correctly reported
No change to PN profile…………
The PN profile has remained at 11.8 throughout the 11 days and is still there as of today 11am
So yet again the 21CN IP profile reporting system is not working.
Please can you adjust the PN profile accordingly.
