Another IP Profile lowered problem

Sorry for repeat thread
Any chance any of the nice CS peeps can have a look at my profile.
Suddenly dropped to 2000 last thursday after been sable for 8 months at 6500 (I think it was that).
Spoke to CS on friday, new router arrived Saturday, uptime now 3 days and still profile reading 2000.

I've just checked and it was on 5500, I've upped it to 6500 which is more appropriate for the sync speed of your connection.

Sure, I'm not able to give you the full week's worth of logs I'm afraid only the last 3 or 4 days at the moment. We should have that fixed soon.

Hi Chris,
TBH I would have expected this to change already. I've run a line test (DSL status check) and this shows at the moment a line rate of 6000kbs. Can you reboot the router and test again please? If that fails I'll get in touch with our suppliers for you....

Will have to wait until 1515 to do another test
However a quick bb test would seem to suggest its still not right, and whats happened to my upload speed ;o(

Profile better
Upload speed seems low on speedtest.net, any ideas?, maybe a router restart will fix (has done in the past)

Router restart put upstream speed back to a normal (for me) 350 or so.
I notice the line could do better, any chance you can up the speed

HI Chris,
I can't up the speed. The speed depends on the IP profile, which is dependant on the sync rate. Our support page here explains a bit more how it works.
