Am i able to go on ADSL2+ ?

Hi guys
Im wondering if im able to be moved onto adsl2+ im on adsl2 now i think, dont know if im on 21cn is it either.
i was on adsl2+ early in the year if i remember was syncing at around 5500 ish
Would appriciate the help

Your default noise margin has increased from 6dB to probably 9dB or even 12dB and this could easily explain the speeds.
However even with this noise margin your speeds are a bit low.
Can you try the router in the test socket - moved during daylight hours for the best result - and report the stats again.
The reason you are on ADSL2 and not ADSL2+ is that with your line length as reported by the attenuation you wouldn't benefit from the higher frequencies used by ADSL2+
