Am I connected to a non-existent gateway?

Gateway checker says:
You are currently connected to the "Telehouse North, Juniper 5" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as thn-ag2.

The Packet Drop By Gateway graph page seems to have graphs for thn-ag1 and thn-ag3, but not thn-ag2,
Amazing as I seem to be able to surf OK (although a little slowly).
Am I missing something?

Not had any emails to say you were moving to 21CN - but staying on Max? PN have been moving people across.

Re: Am I connected to a non-existent gateway?

No - I have just searched all of my emails (9000+) since 1999 for 21CN and nothing came up.
Edit - Exchange checkers say:
Quote
21CN due : (PSTN) Phone No Required
21CN WBC (Broadband) Not available
WBC Rollout Status
BT have announced a ready for service date for this exchange. The estimated go live date is between 1st March 2010 and 31st March 2010.

OK let's put it another way...
How can I tell if I am on 21CN?

Re: Am I connected to a non-existent gateway?

do a BT speed test and you get a line of funny letters at the bottom, not there on plain ADSl

Re: Am I connected to a non-existent gateway?

Thanks pierre_pierre.
I can't do a speed test just now as a disk defrag is taking nearly all of my processing/disk time.
However, I have not noticed any funny letters in the past, Would I still get them if my exchange is not 21CN enabled - it only gets implemented in March (see previous post)?

Re: Am I connected to a non-existent gateway?

thn-ag2 was originally used for our Tiscali LLU customers (of which we no longer have any). More recently it's been used for one of our 21CN host links, and more recently than that we've started routing normal 20CN customers' traffic through it as well.
The reason it doesn't appear on the packet drop pages is because the packet drops on the 21CN network are monitored using a different graphing platform. There are also multiple interfaces depending on exactly what type of customer you are.
It's not outside of the realms of possibility to get the thn-ag2 graphing up and running but it is going to require a bit of work.
