Hi
After two weeks of attempting to get the router working with wireless laptops, I give up
Does anybody have any suggestions for an alternative router I could use. Ideally something that's easy to set up and works!
Thanks,
Mark.

Go for a Netgear router everytime.
But have you tried changing the security on your WIFI?
Temporary switch off the WIFI security on the router and see i you can connect.
I resolved the issue by changing the WIFI security from WEP to WPA-PSK.
I have not tried the resolution on the Thompson router but it may be worth a shot.
