Re: Alert to Max Premium (up to 832kbps upload) users

Max Premium was announced last October in the want-faster-upload-speeds-max-premium-is-now-available blog. This replaced a trial that had been running since March. I think it has also been mentioned in Newsletters.
It could be worth taking a look at http://trials.plus.net/ from time-to-time to see what "features" are on the go. Though this URL is labelled "trial" that sign-up path is often used as a quick way to introduce developments manually in advance of automated procedures through the website.

Re: Alert to Max Premium (up to 832kbps upload) users

Friday wasn't the best day to make a request like this. Tickets such as this don't go in to the normal pool so the normal response time doesn't apply. It is probable that this is dealt with by someone who works Monday to Friday. Once it is picked up an order will be placed with BTwho make the change; if I had to guess I'd say this will be done overnight Monday/Tuesday.

Hi Spider,
Not sure on what's happening with those, I'll catch up with the people dealing with it in the morning and let you know.

Re: Alert to Max Premium (up to 832kbps upload) users

thanks for getting the ticket moving chirs.
happy to say i got max prem switched on at 2.30am and syncing at 832kbps now.
iam surrpised that my down sync rate 3648kbps now and before switch it was 3552kbps which on the face off it does look great but the previous sync of 3552 is what i got doing resync midday and would expect a resync at 2am to be alot lower Smiley both same snr target of 12db.
got one question about payment on the tickets.
you opened another ticket which seems you need to manualy bill me for max prem due to an automatic problem.
will i billed on the 20th of every month for max prem and will this be charged to my card and not by direct debt on my normal 2nd of the month billing date?
