I would like a full explanation in the ticket of exactly what happened, from Friday when the engineer left the house at about 1:30, until this morning when the connection was finally restored. I'll continue to monitor the stability of the line and consider what steps we need to take next.

The connection looks to still be stable for the time being. Let us know how it goes.
