I've just taken a look and BTw had again passed the fault back to us saying they'd 'flexed the VC', obviously this hasn't helped as you still can't connect.
Can I just confirm that you now have *your* username@plusdsl.net in the router and are plugged into the master socket?

Each time we get a response from BTw and pass it back to them, it can take up to 48-72 hours for them to come back to us.

I have re-checked all settings and tried the router directly on the master socket with the test login and my own login and still nothing
Gets synch but wont connect to the internet
Here is the log for the router looks like someone / something is refusing the connection

Tried another router after talking to plusnet support still no connection
so doesnt look like the problem is here
support said BT had had another look after 6pm on Friday night and performed more maintenance but still get synch without connection

good luck with this having similar problems and the alternate logins seem not to be working either

I have been having this problem since last Sunday and still have no internet connection  Angry
Tried another router and a usb modem and they all synch but will not connect seems to be getting refused
tried different filters, cables, master socket etc still nothing
Dont think BT work at the weekend
Good luck in getting yours working if its the same as me you might have a long wait

Think I might just be aswell cancelling my broadband as there seems to be nothing happening regarding this

Sorry, I've not been in the office all weekend, I'll go take a look and see what's happening with your fault.
If you want to speak to our faults team for any updates you can give them a call on 0845 140 0200, there are people in every day.

I've retested your line and passed the fault back to our suppliers. There has been an improvement in that we can now actually test your line properly, previously we were getting Test Tool Failure every time we tried. However now when we perform a test it verifies that there is still a fault ongoing. If we don't get any movement on this next time it's passed back to us, I'll get someone on the phone again to them to push it through.

Do you know when the next time BT will get back to you ? is this another 48 - 72 hours ?
So the fault is with BT then nothing to do with me ?

Internet is now working again and I have updated the ticket if you can let me know the outcome of what BT did
