Additional Usage

Hi All,
Bought myself a new PC and Laptop this month and have had to cane the download bandwidth a lot more than normal so it looks likely that I'll definitely exceed my 20Gb limit on Pro.  How do I go about buying some more?  Is it automatic?  How much does it cost and in what increment?

If it's new Pro (not BBYB Pro) then it's automatic - see here. Cost is £2 per 2GB.
If you've got Broadband Your Way Pro then you need to make sure you've ticked the box to add additional usage as required OR pay for it in advance - see here. (Note that paying in advance will add the same amount automatically each month until you change things back.)
