Adam is not here today and PM's really aren't the best way to get support. Can you describe in more detail your issues and maybe change the title of the thread and I can take a look.
Thanks.

Adam was working very hard to get me a stable line in the weeks leading up to Christmas, involving several lift and shift attempts.
My current question number is: 38359603.
The problem I have is that despite being on the DLM trial, my target SNR margin has moved to 12dB. It should be on 9, or even better, 6.
Thanks!

The no DLM was applied on the 10th and it can take 72 hours to take full effect. If it's not changed by this time tomorrow I'll get in touch with them for you.

I've just ran a line check and it's still not right. I'll get onto our suppliers now and see what they say.

I've just had that changed and emailed you about it. The BRAS profile will update in 23 hours.

For some reason the MSAN is still showing a 12dB SNR. I'll get on to BT now and ask to get that changed.

However, with the 9dB target SNR margin, I know that's never going to stick before the plusnet profile gets a chance to match it, so would it be possible to lower the target SNR margin further to 6dB. That way it's much more likely to keep syncing over 2848kbps each time.
Thanks!
